How To Order

Step 1: The Consultation

During the consultation, you will talk about yourself, your event, what kinds of flavors you like and so forth. From there, you and Leah will come up with 3 flavor profiles that match your personality and event

 

Step 2: The Tasting

About a week after the consultation, Leah will invite you to her kitchen to taste your 3 creations. If you don't like any of them, you and Leah can start from scratch and develop 3 more flavor profiles. If you do, you can order your cake at which point a 50% deposit will be due. 

 

Step 3: The Design

Sweet Bea's cakes are known for their delicious flavors and simple, rustic design. Please note that Sweet Bea's does not use fondant, nor do we do cake sculpture. After you have tasted and settled on the cake of your dreams, you and Leah discuss the design of the cake. 

 

Step 4: The Event

The day has finally come! Sweet Bea's is more than happy to deliver the cake to your event on the day before or of the event. Delivery fees are based on the location of the event. The final payment is due at least 7 days prior to the event via cash or check. Please allow 3 weeks to complete this whole process (orders can be rushed but there will be a $15.00 rush fee added).
